Anne Curtis, in a recent post on her Instagram Stories, appeared visibly happy to see her daughter, Dahlia, help her with her workout routines.

In the video that the actress uploaded in her post, one can see the adorable little girl trying to hold her mom’s legs firm and steady as she does some sit-ups.

“Dahlia helping mommy train,” Anne wrote as caption in her post.

"Best added weight ever," she added.

For her part, Anne tried to mix in a cute manner her workout routine with some bit of playtime with Dahlia.

In a way, the actress is performing multi-tasking by keeping fit and at the same time, playing with her daughter.

In a previous post, the TV host and actress also took to IG Stories and shared videos of her workout. She used the playroom of her daughter Dahlia. It was a weekend and she opted to simply work out there, and said it worked. She was able to work out well using the different playroom equipment.

Meanwhile, a separate and more recent post showed Anne celebrating the sixth-year anniversary of her cosmetic line. In the post, Anne held a pink cake with white frosting and lighted a candle to mark the celebration. According to the actress in her caption, her cosmetic line was born while she was in her breastfeeding era. She also proudly shared that her products have always been “PETA-approved cruelty-free.”
