The two of them could be seen laughing while they were at a restaurant.

In the on-screen caption, the actress revealed her mom’s exchange with the waiter about the price of one cup of rice.

Based on Herlene’s post, her mama had a candid reaction when she learned about the price.

“Mama: Magkano rice?

Herlene, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian, and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin” and later became a host. Herlene was first runner-up and won several minor awards at the 2022 Binibining Pilipinas pageant. She was also crowned as Miss Philippines Tourism 2023 in the recent Miss Grand Philippines pageant. Herlene plays the lead role in Kapuso afternoon series "Magandang Dilag."

Herlene also had a fun guest appearance in an episode of "It's Showtime." The Kapuso star treated the Madlang People to an entertaining opening number with Baby Dolls. At the top of her voice, Herlene shouted, "What's up, Madlang People." On the other hand, Vice Ganda aired his honest thoughts following Herlene's lively greeting. “Tignan mo nga naman ang plot twist. Dati ang isinisigaw mo, 'Bigyan ng jacket 'yan!'” Meme Vice expressed.
