Kris Bernal, in a recent post on Instagram Stories, proudly showed off the amount of breastmilk that she said she’s able to collect in a matter of 10 minutes.

In her post, one can see the actress holding up what appeared to be two feeding bottles, each filled to approximately 25% of its capacity with breastmilk.

In her caption, Kris expressed her gratitude at being able to nurture her baby through breastfeeding.

“The milk I collected in 10 mins... So grateful to be able to nurture my child this way... Thank you, Lord, for allowing me to feed my child through breastfeeding,” Kris said.

It can be recalled that the actress recently gave birth to a healthy baby daughter whom she and her husband, Perry Choi, named Hailee Lucca Bernal Choi.

In a video she recently uploaded on her channel, Kris can be seen suffering from tremendous labor pains. At one point, Perry held the hand of Kris and comforted her as the actress leaned on his chest. In the video, the actress also showed without qualms the events that happened before and after her delivery of Baby Hailee.

She also took to Instagram and shared a lovely moment of her Baby Hailee with her grandmother. In the short clip, one could see that her little angel is being held by a lovely lady. Kris then included in the caption, "With Lola Vicky." Kris and Perry's Baby Hailee is also a certified Daddy's Girl.
