Cesar Manhilot, or Cesar Montano, is a Filipino actor and film producer who was born on August 1, 1962. He was previously married to actress Sunshine Cruz, and they have three lovely daughters: Angelina Isabelle, Samantha Angeline and Angel Francheska. He also has a son named Diego Loyzaga with actress Teresa Loyzaga.

Earlier, Cesar unlocked a new milestone at the age of 60. He has finally earned his master’s degree in public safety administration from the Philippine Public Safety College. The veteran actor took to social media and shared about his latest achievement. The celebrity dad uploaded several photos from the graduation ceremony held on July 6. Furthermore, Cesar tagged some accounts in his post. The said accounts include his son Diego Loyzaga, and actresses Karla Estrada and Ella Cruz.
