Vhong Navarro took to Instagram and expressed his heartfelt thanks to GMA for inviting him, as well as for the warm welcome that he was given.

He was among the Kapamilya stars who were invited to the much-anticipated GMA Gala 2023.

"Thank you, mga Kapuso sa pagiimbita at maiinit na pagtanggap! #GMAGala2023," Vhong posted.

The actor and comedian donned a suit by @bon_hansen, which made him look dapper.

Vhong is a Filipino comedian, actor, dancer, singer, judge, and TV host of ABS-CBN Entertainment Groups. He was part of the dance group Streetboys in the Philippines. He is one of the pioneer hosts of the noontime variety show, "It's Showtime." He was recently acquitted from a case filed by Deniece Cornejo.

“It’s Showtime” hosts became emotional during the noontime show’s last day of airing on TV5. Vice Ganda led in expressing gratitude to the Kapatid network for providing a temporary home to the show. Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Kim Chiu and their fellow hosts could not help but shed tears when Vice Ganda thanked them for staying in the show despite the uncertainties it went through. Its staff and studio audience were also caught crying while Vice Ganda was delivering a heartfelt message.

Vhong and Ogie Alcasid were interviewed by ABS-CBN regarding their transfer to GMA's GTV. The hosts expressed happiness that they would now be having a new home. Vhong said that he's happy because they will finally be able to continue giving enjoyment to the "madlang pipol." Ogie also expressed the same sentiment because they will be having their new home.
