The enormous social occasion happens tonight, July 22, at Marriott Hotel in Pasay City.

After flaunting their fashionable looks on the red carpet, the "It's Showtime" hosts joined Sparkle artists Martin Javier and Rain Matienzo for a brief interview.

Among the questions asked of the hosts were about their feelings and thoughts on attending GMA Gala for the first time.

"Sobrang thankful dahil naimbita kami rito. And maraming salamat sa mainit na pagtanggap niyo sa amin, mga Kapuso, at masaya kami na nandito kami ngayon. Thank you," Jhong said.

Vhong then revealed, "Sobrang kinakabahan. Kanina, sinasabi ko nga sa kanila iba 'yung experience pero ang sarap ng pagtanggap sa amin ng mga Kapuso e. Para kaming kapamilya. At ang sarap din sabihin na we love you, mga Kapuso."

Meanwhile, Anne said she's grateful they were invited to join the event.

"Of course, we are very grateful that we were invited on this evening. For me, personally, I'm excited to meet new faces and faces that I missed as well. I think it's gonna be a very, very fun and lovely evening," she uttered.

On the other hand, Meme Vice opened up that he felt different emotions prior to the event.

"Sobrang nakaka-excite. 'Yung excitement ko nga, sobrang taas, 'yung excitement naging tensyon, 'yung tensyon naging stress, but in a good way. Nakakatuwa to be able to meet all these wonderful people. To be able to see our friends again na hindi na namin nakikita, and to be able to mingle with them and party with them tonight," said Vice.

Vice Ganda is a famous comedian, actor, endorser, and host in the Philippines. He is best known for hosting “It’s Showtime” and for his commercially successful movies in the MMFF. The superstar is currently in a relationship with Ion Perez. He and Ion got their Certificate of Commitment in a special ceremony in Las Vegas, Nevada on Oct. 19, 2021.

Vice Ganda also had a fun performance filmed at GMA Network Center. The pre-recorded number was aired during the grand opening of "It's Showtime" on Saturday. Before his performance, the comedian rode in a chopper from ABS-CBN Broadcasting Center going to GMA's building. He was then delightfully welcomed by employees at the Kapuso network.
