Scottie Thompson’s baby gets baptized; PBA star also celebrates his birthday

Scottie Thompson and Jinky Serrano-Thompson’s adorable son named Scot Alystair, or simply Aster, was recently baptized.

As they welcomed Baby Aster into the Christian world, Scottie also marked his 30th birthday.

Actress and TV host Karla Estrada was among those spotted at the party. She is included in the list of Baby Aster’s godmothers.

Scottie Thompson, born Earl Scottie Carreon Thompson on July 12, 1993, is a Filipino professional basketball player. He is part of the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel of the Philippine Basketball Association. Scottie played college basketball at the University of Perpetual Help of the NCAA. He was then drafted fifth overall in the 2015 PBA draft by the Barangay Ginebra San Miguel. Scottie tied the knot with Jinky Serrano in June of 2021.

Scottie and Jinky created a huge buzz after they got married for the second time in December of 2021. They had a dreamy beach wedding held at the Pearl Farm Beach Resort in Davao del Norte. Scottie and Jinky Serrano-Thompson recently welcomed their first child named Scot Alystair. The wife of the PBA star gave birth to the baby boy last May 5. A few days later, Scottie posted an adorable video showing him putting his newborn child to sleep. In his post, the famous athlete included a cute sticker with the text that reads, “No sleep club.”
