Vhong is a Filipino comedian, actor, dancer, singer, judge, and TV host of ABS-CBN Entertainment Groups. He was part of the dance group Streetboys in the Philippines. He is one of the pioneer hosts of the noontime variety show, "It's Showtime." He was recently acquitted from a case filed by Deniece Cornejo.
In a previous report by KAMI, Vhong Navarro took to Instagram and shared how happy he was. This came after "It's Showtime" was able to air its pilot episode on GMA-7. "Umaapaw sa saya ang mga puso namin!" he said in his post. The comedian never failed to thank God and to thank the station for making it possible.
Earlier, “It’s Showtime” hosts became emotional during the noontime show’s last day of airing on TV5. Vice Ganda led in expressing gratitude to the Kapatid network for providing a temporary home to the show. Anne Curtis, Vhong Navarro, Kim Chiu, and their fellow hosts could not help but shed tears when Vice Ganda thanked them for staying in the show despite the uncertainties it went through. Its staff and studio audience were also caught crying while Vice Ganda was delivering a heartfelt message.
