Lolit Solis, in her most recent Instagram post, appeared to call out fellow showbiz columnist Cristy Fermin for her criticism of the former’s alaga, Paolo Contis.

The actor, and now “Eat Bulaga” host, is one of the “alaga” of Manay Lolit, being a showbiz columnist and talent manager at the same time.
In the second portion of her two-part post on IG, Manay Lolit expressed wishes that Nay Cristy would act as a guide to Paolo.
“Sana maging isa sa gabay niya si Cristy dahil nga ngayon niya mas kailangan ang mga mabuting tao sa paligid niya,” Manay Lolit said.

She also doesn’t believe that Cristy would like to see the career of Paolo destroyed, adding that her colleague wouldn’t want that to happen.
“Hindi ako maniniwala na gusto ni Cristy masira ang career ni Paolo dahil sa mga pitik ni Cristy. Tiyak ko na hindi gugustuhin ito ni Cristy mismo,” the veteran columnist said.
She then said that if Cristy is angry with her, she should be the one criticized and not Paolo.
“Siguro naman kung sa akin may galit si Cristy puwede naman ako ang sabihan niya, at hindi si Paolo,” Manay Lolit said.
The veteran columnist then issued a warning to those who want to sow intrigue against her “alaga.”
“At kung tutoo na ang mga intrigera, inggitera mga fat ladies na plastic ang gumagawa ng intriga sana naman hindi dahil ngayon pa lang I say, when you want WAR, I am ready, anytime, anywhere, hindi kailangan isali ang sino man sa alaga ko,” Manay Lolit said.
Paolo Contis is a Filipino actor. He is currently one of the hosts of TAPE's "Eat Bulaga." He has a daughter with actress LJ Reyes.
In the first part of her IG post about Paolo and Nay Cristy, Manay Lolit aired her thoughts, and questions about her alaga. She was wondering why it seems that lately, Cristy allegedly throws punches Paolo's way. The veteran columnist underscored how Paolo respects Cristy and wishes that the latter's pronouncements are all constructive criticism. She also said that she's sad because she feels that Cristy is mad at her and Paolo just gets dragged.
In a separate post, Paolo took time to plead with the people who are bashing the staff and crew of “Eat Bulaga” who remained with TAPE Inc. He urged those people to stop bashing those staff and crew because they are just trying to feed their families. The comedian also advised those people to just bash him and the celebrity hosts instead of picking on the staff and crew. He added that the people behind the camera are the real “Eat Bulaga.”
