Ellen Adarna recently shared on Instagram her condition 12 hours after she quit smoking or vaping.

Earlier, the actress announced that she’s going to quit the habit after 17 years of clinging to it.

In her most recent post on IG, Ellen shared that she’s starting to feel some symptoms and that it’s also causing another condition to creep in.

“Okay guys vape update,” says Ellen in the beginning of the video.

She then revealed that it’s been over 12 hours, though less than 24 hours, since she quit her habit.

“It's been, I dont know, more than 12 hours but less than 24 hours, since I stopped vaping,” the actress said.

Ellen then noted that while she didn’t get styes as among the symptoms of her quitting the vice, she did point out a small bump near the inner part of her lower eyelid, which did look like a stye.

She surmised that it must have been caused by the stress, which resulted after she quit.

“I don't get styes, but this is, it's here, I think it's from the stress. The emotional stress that I went through, that I'm still going through. The detachment of vape. It's showing,” the actress said.

Ellen then said in the video that her demons are strong that day, indicating that her urge to vape is very great at that very moment.

“My demons are strong today,” Ellen said.

Near the end of the video, she just clinched her fist and appeared to try to control the urge.

Ellen is a Filipina actress known for her beauty and jolly personality. After being a Kapamilya before her hiatus, she returned to the small screen with her previous show with John Estrada, John en Ellen. She has a son with John Lloyd named Elias Modesto. Ellen is now married to Derek Ramsay, whom she tied the knot with back on November 11, 2021.

Earlier, Ellen shared in her IG Stories that she is already saying goodbye to smoking. She showed the vape pen that she had been using and was saying goodbye to it as well. In the clip that she shared, she explained that she was preparing her body to get pregnant. She also jokingly cried as she bid goodbye to her last vice.

In another social media post, Ellen revealed the things she wishes for in these present times. The actress was answering the question submitted by a follower in one of her Q&A sessions on socmed. She then told her follower about the things she wished for herself and others, which include asking for Derek to be pain-free. Ellen then gave a somewhat witty remark at the end of her answer.
