Jake Zyrus just shared on social media an important announcement, where he also openly talked about his mental health.

In a statement, Jake said he will be having a social media hiatus to focus on his healing.

“Hi all! I know I don't post a lot, but I just wanted to let you guys know that I'll be taking a break from social media for a few weeks to focus on my mental health.”

According to the singer, he has has been going through a rough ride, and many people have tried to break him.

“It's been a rough ride. A lot of people have tried to break me, so this is me fighting back, by healing.”

He continued, “I know it’s not gonna be easy, but I also know it will help me a lot."

Furthermore, Jake gave a message to those who also need a break.

Previously, Jake's commendable cover video posted on his Instagram reels was such an eargasm. In the said reel, the singer could be seen and heard doing his rendition of Mariah Carey's 90s hit song "Always Be My Baby," which was also performed by David Cook in 2008. He published the cover video for everyone to enjoy while he was busy preparing for his show.
