Lolit Solis praises Kim Chiu for celebrating her birthday by helping a community

Kim Chiu received nothing but praise from Lolit Solis in the latter’s recent commentary.

KAMI learned that in a lengthy Instagram post, Lolit penned her reaction to Kim celebrating her birthday by helping a community.

“Ganda naman iyon ginawa ni Kim Chiu na namigay siya food at loot bag nuon birthday niya, Salve,” Lolit said.

“Iyon ganuon gestures ang maganda ginagawa ng mga artista. Iyon pay forward. Iyon kung meron kang sobra share mo sa mga may kailangan,” she continued.

The showbiz columnist then went on to laud Kim’s generosity.

“Siyempre iyon mga nakatanggap ng pagkain at loot bag mula kay Kim Chiu talagang hindi nila malilimutan na nabigyan sila at magiging grateful sa ginawa ni Kim.”

Manay Lolit also could not help but recall the “miracle” that happened in Lakam Chiu’s life recently.

“Kaya siguro nagkaruon ng miracle sa kapatid niyang si Lakam dahil sa ipinakitang kabaitan ni Kim sa maraming tao.”

“Sa panahon ngayon na talagang marami ang naghihintay ng tulong, very timely iyon ginawa ni Kim Chiu. Ang dami niya pinasaya at marami ang nawala ang gutom dahil sa ginawa niya. Kim Chiu , bongga ka, bow.”

Kim Chiu is one of the most well-known and prominent female showbiz personalities in the Philippines. The actress broke through in showbiz by joining Pinoy Big Brother. She is in a relationship with actor Xian Lim.

Previously, Kim asked for prayers from her supporters on social media after her sister was hospitalized. On April 19, the 33-year-old actress posted photos that were taken at the hospital. According to Kim, "Everything happened in a snap of a finger. She is my strength, and now the word strength becomes blurry." Kim also apologized for not being able to respond to the birthday greetings she had been receiving.

Kim then gave an update about her older sister Lakam two days after the latter was transferred from the intensive care unit to a regular room. On her Instagram Stories, the actress announced that her Ate Lakam had finally regained consciousness.
