Janine Gutierrez had an emotional guesting on the ABS-CBN morning talk show “Magandang Buhay.”

During the guesting, Janine was pleasantly surprised by the appearance of her long-time nanny, Yaya Pat.

According to Janine, she decided to enter showbiz years ago to help Yaya Pat financially after the latter was diagnosed with cancer. Yaya Pat eventually overcame the illness through treatment.

"Actually mahiyain talaga ako. Hindi ko naman inisip na mag-aartista ako, pero nung college ako, si Yaya ay nagkasakit. Tapos parang hindi ako makatulong. So sabi ko sa mommy ko, 'Ma, gusto ko na mag-artista para may panggamot si Yaya,’“ Janine shared.

As for Yaya Pat, she cried after learning about her cancer diagnosis due to her worries about the children she was caring for.

"Alam mo nung sinabing cancer, sa doctor hindi ako umiiyak. Pero paglabas ko dun sa pasilyo ng St. Lukes, umiiyak ako [naisip ko] kawawa naman 'yung mga alaga ko baka kapag may ibang mag-alaga ano baka sigawan, baka apihin," Yaya Pat revealed.

Janine Gutierrez is a Filipina actress, model, and TV personality. She was born on October 2, 1989, and her parents are actress Lotlot de Leon and actor-singer Ramon Christopher Gutierrez. She is a former Kapuso star but is now an exclusive artist of ABS-CBN.

In a previous report by KAMI, Janine Gutierrez shared the hilarious experience she had today, and it went viral quickly. She posted it on her Twitter account, making the netizens laugh. According to her, it happened during a taping when someone mistook her for Maricel's daughter. Furthermore, Janine even mentioned Maricel Soriano and Maricel Laxa in her tweet.

Earlier, Janine Gutierrez was one of the celebrities spotted at the Christmas party of the Gutierrez clan. Ruffa Gutierrez even shared a video filmed from the said gathering. The said clip shows some glimpses of their fun celebration and bonding. There's even a part of the video where Ruffa's mother, Annabelle Rama, is seen giving away money to them.
