She then penned a heartfelt caption about being a "mother of three" and how she is embracing the woman that she is becoming.

According to the actress, her recent trip to South America has become a time of "self-discovery" as well.

"Embracing the woman I am becoming. This momma of 3 is finally getting to know myself a little bit better each passing day, and this trip to South America has been not only a time to be with family but also one that is of self-discovery as well," she wrote.

In her viral online post, Dimples said she is learning to "enjoy every moment" and not apologizing "for who you are."

"Learning to enjoy every moment, not apologizing for who you are and what you want and need, getting the time to pause and love yourself a little better to give deeper, purer love a little bit more," she wrote.
