Ruffa Gutierrez, according to an Inquirer's report citing Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update, has lost the case against the two househelpers whom she was reported to have not paid salaries.

The case was filed with the NLRC and a decision was released in September 2022.

In its decision, the actress was ordered to pay damages to the two househelpers.

"Nanalo ‘yung dalawang kasambahay na pinaalis ni Ruffa Gutierrez sa kanyang Alabang house at nandoon ‘yung dalawa sa gate ng Ayala Alabang village. Noong September 2022 ay sinubukang pag-ayusin sina Ruffa at ang dalawang kasambahay pero parehong ayaw ng compromise kaya’t itinuloy ang kaso," said Ogie.

It can be recalled that Ruffa hugged headlines when Cong. Rowena Guanzon called out the actress regarding the two househelpers.

It resulted in a series of Twitter exchanges between the actress and the solon on the mentioned social media platform.
