Ellen Adarna took to her IG Stories and shared a video clip of her tough training in Bali.

The actress was looking so exhausted and yet she kept on moving.

Ellen could be seen half-jogging, half-running, and eventually walking.

Despite the exhaustion, her trainer could be heard saying "20 seconds."

He was urging Ellen to continue moving for 20 seconds more.

However, Ellen stopped and could be heard laughing and jokingly telling her trainer that he was a liar.

In the caption, Ellen included, "The story of my life."

As per her post, the video was taken about three years ago, on Mar. 14, 2020.

Now, Ellen is living her best life with her family.

She is married to actor Derek Ramsay, and he is also a very good stepdad to her son, Elias Modesto.
