Andi Eigenmann has just revealed that her fiancé, Philmar Alipayo, contracted dengue, a mosquito-borne disease that is common in the country.

In the photo, Philmar could be seen with a dextrose, in pajamas, and with socks on.

"Papa has dengue," Andi wrote.

Andi noted in the caption that Philmar would always be taking care of them.

However, this time around, with him having contracted the illness, Andi said that it was a reminder that he should take care of himself as well.

"@chepoxz always takes care of us and this is a reminder that he should take care of himself too," wrote Andi.
