Chito Miranda took to IG and shared a photo of the new gift that he received from his wife, a brand new pickup truck.

The Parokya ni Edgar frontman said that Neri knows how much he wanted to have a pickup truck but he would not buy one since he would prioritize income-generating investments.

For him, it was okay even if he would be using the old car.

"Kumbaga, oks lang ako magtiis sa lumang sasakyan at gamitin yung pera ko on things that will make me more money, instead of buying myself a new car."

Chito then explained that since his wife knows that he will not be buying a car for himself even though he wanted so much to have a pickup truck, what Neri did was be the one to buy for him.

"Since alam niya na hindi ako bibili ng sasakyan para sa sarili ko, kahit gaano ko pa kagusto magkapick-up, ang ginawa nya, sya nalang ang bumili for me."

Neri is an actress and entrepreneur in the Philippines. She got married to Parokya Ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda on December 13, 2014 and they have an adorable son named Miggy. In October 2021, Neri gave birth to their second child Manuel Alfonso Miranda, whose nickname is Cash.

Recently, Chito expressed his astonishment in a video over his wife Neri’s birthday present to him. Neri gifted the Parokya Ni Edgar frontman a brand new Toyota Hilux-Conquest. The celebrity mom took to social media to share a video of Chito reacting to the pickup truck. In the vid, the famous musician even took a test drive of his new vehicle.

Netizens were amused by the greeting of Moira Dela Torre to Chito Miranda on the occasion of his birthday. Moira posted a screenshot from their video call where the face of Chito is very close. Aside from being big, his face is also in half, and in one section Moira is shown laughing hard.
