Sunshine Cruz was a guest in "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda" and it is where she opened up about her breakup with Macky Mathay.

The actress said that she chose to be quite because there were kids involved.

"I chose to be quiet because merong mga bata na involved—mga anak niya na napamahal sa akin at 'yung mga anak ko na napamahal kay Macky," said Sunshine.

She said that she decided to be quiet because the public does not know what she has been going through.

Shine highlighted three things that are important in a relationship and said that if one of the three is gone, it will not work anymore.

"Tatlo ang importanteng bagay sa relationship—hindi lang love. Dapat nando'n ang trust, nando'n ang respect," she said.

She also said that chances are given, but one would simply wake up one day and realize that the relationship is going nowhere.

When asked if there was a third party, she said that she was not in a position to talk about it.
