Kris Aquino writes open letter for Cory Aquino; gives update on her health, family

Kris Aquino took the time to publish an Instagram post dedicated to her late mother, former Pres. Cory Aquino, who would have been 90 years old by today.

She posted a 9-minute video showing a compilation of photos and clips of her family’s moments, her battle with her illness and a lengthy open letter for Cory.

In her letter, the Queen of All Media first wrote, “Happy 90th birthday in heaven.”

Kris went on to talk about her health condition and treatments.

At one point in her letter, Kris shared how caring his son Bimby is while she is ill: “Mom, he’s the bunso you deserve – he’s responsible, caring, not magastos, puts my needs before his – Tito Noy would be so proud."

She also gave some updates about her autoimmune conditions and revealed some good news, in her genetic screening, “no organs or body areas were detected to carry any cancer gene including the colon & my blood.”

Aside from her health update, Kris also gave updates about her and her sons, Josh and Bimby.

Kristina Bernadette Cojuangco Aquino, better known as Kris Aquino, is a Pinay actress, TV host, producer, endorser, and businesswoman. She was born on February 14, 1971 to former Senator Benigno "Ninoy" S. Aquino, Jr. and former President Corazon “Cory” C. Aquino.

Kris shared some updates about her health and life in America in her Instagram post on Christmas Eve. The Queen of All Media, who has been in the US with his sons Josh and Bimby for over six months already, filed the necessary paperwork so that they can extend their stay in America. However, she still has to wait for two to three months before her extension is approved.

Earlier, the Queen of All Media uploaded a heartwarming photo of Josh and Bimby. In the caption, Kris said her children are the reasons why she is not giving up.
