Herlene Budol took to Instagram and proudly shared that when she won Bb. Pilipinas 1st runner up, her National Costume designer, as well as her long gown designer, were the same with that of Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel.

Her natcos designer was Patrick Isorena and her long gown designer was Rian Fernandez, and both were also the designers of Gabriel.

Herlene, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin”. She later became a host on the said program but had to leave it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Herlene was first runner-up and won several minor awards at the 2022 Binibining Pilipinas pageant.

She also enumerated the qualities of Herlene, such as having the aura and confidence. Herlene recently had an emotional meeting with Madam Inutz’s mother, Nanay Griselda. The actress took to social media to share a video showing the said meeting happened during the blessing of Madam Inutz’s new house. In the video, Herlene could be seen shedding tears while hugging Nanay Griselda, who reminded her of her late grandmother, Nanay Bireng. Madam Inutz then took to the comments section to give a heartfelt message to Herlene.
