Neri Naig-Miranda, namutla sa lamig ng tubig sa Baguio: “Napaupo na lang ako muna at di makagalaw sa ginaw”

- Neri Naig-Miranda shared on social media that she suddenly went pale and had to suddenly sit down when she took a cold shower in Baguio City

- She somewhat amusingly expressed opinion that towels in the Philippines’ summer capital should be at comforter levels

- The celebrity mom said she wasn’t able to set the heater right as it is brand new and so proceeded to take a cold shower instead

- Neri then advised followers not to be surprised or be judgmental of those who don’t take a bath every day in Baguio because of its freezing temperature during the cold season

Neri Naig-Miranda shared on her Instagram account that she suddenly went pale and had to sit down when she took a cold bath in Baguio City.

Known as the Summer Capital of the Philippines, the city is known to have almost-freezing temperatures during the cold season, which is from November to January, sometimes even reaching February.

“Uk....na! Naligo ako ng malamig na tubig! namutla na nga ako eh, nabigla dugo ko siguro dapat ang twalya sa Baguio, comforter level. Ayan tuloy, napaupo na lang ako muna at di makagalaw sa ginaw ,” Neri wrote in her post.

She also remarked that it might have been her quickest bath. The celebrity mom then gave tips for those who find themselves in a similar situation.

“Pinakamabilis na ligo ko to at idaan na lang sa sigaw! Pero ang secret, unahin si hair muna then isang malaking buntong hininga at fighting spirit!” she said.

Neri also narrated that she had no choice but to take a bath that day as she wasn’t able to do so the day before.

What added to the cold weather condition was that it suddenly rained the day she’s supposed to bathe herself.

“Yung nakaset ka na kase na maliligo today dahil di ako naligo kahapon tapos biglang umulan. Anyamet naman o!” the celebrity mom said.

She then said in a somewhat amusing manner that she felt like Elsa of the movie Frozen while taking a cold shower.

“Ayun nagfeeling Elsa ako at naligo ng malamig at ang lakas ng tubig bigla sa Brgy Hillside. Salamat po at nakaligo rin sa shower at di na de tabo ” she added.

The celebrity mom then gave advice to her followers not to be judgmental towards those who aren’t able to take a bath every day in Baguio City.

“Sa magugulat na di naliligo araw araw sa Baguio.. Wag kayong judgmental dyan kung sa initan na lugar nga di tayo naliligo araw araw eh, dito pa kaya sa Baguio at mas panahon pa ng taglamig. Kailangan kong i-explain talaga ,” Neri said.

“Hindi ko mapaandar yung hot water, bago heater eh saka buo na loob ko na malamig panliligo ko. Sabi nga nila, nasa huli ang pagsisisi ,” she added by way of a postscript.

Neri is an actress and entrepreneur in the Philippines. She got married to Parokya Ni Edgar frontman Chito Miranda on December 13, 2014 and they have an adorable son named Miggy. In October 2021, Neri gave birth to their second child Manuel Alfonso Miranda, whose nickname is Cash.

Recently, she took to Instagram to share her fun ukay-ukay experience. On her Instagram page, she even shared several photos she took from the thrift shop she went to. According to Neri, she even managed to find a dress from Jil Sander and shoes from Salvatore Ferragamo. Needless to say, tons of netizens flocked to praise Neri for not being picky with her clothes.

Her husband, Chito, also flexed on social media their new house in Baguio, which he and Neri invested in years ago. Despite his financial contribution, Chito said that the house is Neri’s because she was the one who had the vision for the house. According to Chito, his wife Neri was also the one who had ideas on how to renovate the house. Neri cried when she finally saw the finished product, not only because the house looks beautiful but also because she worked hard to accomplish it.
