Herlene Budol, emosyonal habang niyayakap ang ina ni Madam Inutz: “Ganto rin 'yung balat ng nanay ko”

Herlene Budol recently shared an emotional video showing her and the mother of Daisy Lopez or Madam Inutz, Nanay Griselda.

In the said video, Herlene could be seen crying while hugging Nanay Griselda during the blessing of Madam Inutz’s new house.

As per Herlene, Nanay Griselda reminded her of her late grandmother, Nanay Bireng.

“Ganto rin 'yung balat ng nanay ko. Nami-miss ko na 'yung nanay ko,” the Kapuso star said in the video.

In the caption, Herlene also expressed how downhearted she is that Nanay Bireng was not able to see her new home.

“Yung nag attend ako ng House Blessing ni Ate Madam inutz at maka piling ko si Nanay Griselda. Ang saya makita isang Nanay yung achievement ng kanyang anak at nasaksihan nya yung bagong bahay ni Ate inutz. Naiiyak ako dahil ang bagal bagal kong kumilos at indi man lang nasulyap ni Nanay Bireng ang bagong bahay ko!”

The actress and beauty queen also aired how much she misses her dear grandmom.

“Sobrang Namis ko si Nanay. Nanay sana ma paginipan kta uli. eto yung unang Pasko na indi kta kasama. I love u Nanay Bireng ko!”

In the comments section, Madam Inutz penned a heartfelt message to Herlene.

“Nanay ko nanay mo narin!! Indi ka naman iba sa pamilya ko kapatid Herlene Hipon Budol. We love you,” said Madam Inutz.

Herlene, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin”. She later became a host on the said program but had to leave it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Herlene was first runner-up and won several minor awards at the 2022 Binibining Pilipinas pageant.

Previously, Herlene visited her grandmother Nanay Bireng’s grave anew. She took to social media to share photos showing her at the place where Nanay Bireng was laid to rest. The actress and beauty queen also cryptically said in the caption, “Nasumbong ko nang lahat kay nanay."

Earlier, Herlene dedicated a post to the Filipino community in Uganda. On her social media pages, the Kapuso star uploaded a snap showing her and several Filipinos in the said African nation. In the caption, Herlene said her experience in Uganda proved that in times of need, there are Filipinos to lean on. The actress and beauty queen also expressed appreciation for the said community.
