Lolit Solis, napaluha nang bisitahin ni Nanette Medved: “Yung oras na binigay niya sakin, ang laki ng halaga”

Lolit Solis, in a recent Instagram post, admitted that she wasn’t able to stop herself from crying when former actress Nanette Medved visited her in the hospital.

The veteran showbiz columnist would be admitted to the hospital at regular intervals where she would undergo dialysis treatment.

In her latest post, she became emotional at the fact that despite the busy schedule of Nanette, she still was able to set aside some time for the veteran showbiz columnist.

“Talagang teary eyed ako Salve nang paalis na si Nanette Medved ng dalawin niya ako sa hospital,” Manay Lolit said.

“Talagang iyon oras na binigay niya sa akin parang ang laki ng halaga dahil sa alam ko kung gaano siya ka busy,” she added.

The veteran showbiz columnist then expressed pride in the achievements of Nanette.

“Talagang so proud ako sa naabot at narating ni Nanette. Quiet ang kanyang married life, maayos niyang napalaki ang kanyang mga anak na mukhang artistahin pero pag aaral ang priority,” Manay Lolit said.

She also revealed that the eldest child of the former actress is presently studying in the United States.

The veteran columnist also lauded the fact that the focus of Nanette now is her family.

“Nasa US ang kanyang panganay para sa college education. Isa pang maganda, nasa care ni Nanette ang kanyang mother kaya very content ang feeling niya,” the columnist said.

“Alam mo ba Salve at Gorgy iyon feeling ng isang nanay na makita maayos ang kalagayan ng kanyang anak. Iyon exactly ang feeling ko kay Nanette Medved,” she further said.

“Iyon ang saya mo na makita na maganda ang buhay niya, na naabot niya ang mga pangarap niya. How lucky can one get to have a family na gaya ni Nanette Medved. I love you Nanette, so proud of you,” Manay Lolit concluded.

Lolit is an entertainment reporter, talent manager, and host in the Philippines. She is well-known for her frank commentaries on different showbiz, social and political issues in the country.

In a previous Instagram post, she also expressed her gratitude to Vilma Santos. According to the veteran columnist, Vilma did not forget her during the season of giving. On her Instagram page, Lolit revealed that Vilma sent her some of her favorite suman, as well as a "lucky enve." She then wrote in her viral post, "Kahit sino siguro na bigyan ng konting panahon ni Ate Vi, kikiligin."

She also expressed appreciation in another social media post for Kapuso actor Alden Richards. Alden sent Lolit orchids as his Christmas gift for her, the same gift he sent to her last year. The entertainment columnist praised the Kapuso star for never forgetting her during special occasions. Lolit added that there are other celebrities who do not remember to give her gifts.
