Ellen Adarna’s BFF, Farrah Jane Aton, recently said in a post that the actress can be brutally frank when talking to others.

Farrah, sometimes referred to as Farrahphernalia, however, said that it would depend on how one would take the statements of Ellen.

She did admit, though, that she used to take differently what Ellen tells her but after being friends with her for more than two decades, Farrah has come to realize that the actress wouldn’t say anything that would actually hurt her.

“In all honesty, I used to take what Ellen tells me differently but then I came to realize, we've been best of friends for so long (2 decades and counting), so why would she tell me something that would hurt me,” Farrah said.

“Brutal talaga yan pag nagsalita pero depende lang talaga yun sa iyong outlook in life. Nasa sa inyo na talaga yan kung magagalit ba kayo o you would take it as a wake up call,” the actress’ BFF said.

Farrah then said that Ellen would often talk to her in a frank manner and said that it’s a good thing she’s not a faint-hearted person.

“Pirmi man gud nimu dritso-on ug sturya. Thank you sad diay di nako faint-hearted nga tao,” Farrah said.

It can be recalled that in one of Ellen’s Q&A sessions on Instagram, she revealed that she told her BFF her look is becoming too homely and she’s starting to appear haggard.

“Pinrangka ko siya talaga, kasi wala namang ibang makakaprangka sa kanya kundi ako at si Derek, na wala ka na talaga Far, di na talaga maganda ang iyong hitsura at haggard ka nang masyado. Are you okay?” Ellen said in the video.

Ellen is a Filipina actress known for her beauty and jolly personality. After being a Kapamilya before her hiatus, she returned to the small screen with her previous show with John Estrada, John en Ellen.

Ellen also doesn't want to cook in their other kitchen because she says she sweats there.

In the same interview, the couple also shared their experiences during their recent vacation. Turns out this was Ellen's gift for Derek on their 1st wedding anniversary because it was one of Derek's bucket list. In the interview, Derek also shared that Ellen reportedly spent 7 digits on their airfare alone. They talked about their experience during their trip to Peru and Bolivia
