Ellen Adarna, in her Instagram Stories, has answered the question submitted by a netizen about dealing with a toxic environment.

She gave her answer during one of her Q&A sessions on Instagram.

“Paano maging kalmado pag toxic na ang environment?” the netizen asked, adding that Ellen’s voice is very soothing to her ears.

Before answering the question, the actress first emphasized the importance of the environment in one’s well-being.

“Environment is a big factor dai for your well-being,” Ellen said.

She then used a metaphor to prove her point on what can happen if one stays in a toxic environment.

“Let's put it this way ha. If you're, if it's a plant, and you put it in an environment na hindi siya bagay, it will not flourish, it will not grow, it will not bloom, it will die,” she explained using a metaphor.

The actress then gave her advice to the netizen on what she should do.

“So you have a choice either you can stay in that environment and deteriorate or pull yourself out from that environment,” Ellen said.

The actress then underscored the fact that everyone actually has a choice on what to do under the circumstances.
