Tony Labrusca recently opened up about his relationship with his dad, Boom Labrusca, during his latest interview with Ogie Diaz online.

Previously, on November 25, Friday, KAMI learned that Ogie finally released his exclusive interview with Tony on YouTube.

During their interview, Ogie asked Tony how his relationship with Boom was, "Kamusta na yung relasyon niyo?"

According to the actor, while he and his dad don't get to see each other often, they are doing just fine, and he knows his dad will always be there for him.

"Okay kami, hindi nga lang kami masyadong nagkikita pero nararamdaman ko na nandiyan siya para sa akin. Pag may nangyayari or may something, he always checks up on me. He always makes sure I'm doing okay. Gusto ko rin na lagi siyang masaya tsaka kahit naman hindi ako lumaki sa kanya, ewan ko, may mga iba kasing tao na kapag wala yung nanay nila or wala yung tatay nila, meron silang something dito [sa puso] na hindi nila matiis. Kailangan nilang hanapin kasi nararamdaman nila na hindi sila kumpleto diba?" he said.

Tony also mentioned how lucky he was that he and his dad, Boom, reunited even though he did not look for him.

"Hindi kasi ako nagkaroon ng ganung feeling kaya siguro sobrang swerte ko rin na kahit hindi ko siya hinanap, nag-reunite pa rin kami. So parang I'm really blessed that way kasi, at least my childhood, wala akong bitbit," he added.

He said that the show will forever be ingrained in his memory, not only because of the lock-in taping experience but also because of the number of cast members who ended up getting coronavirus infections.
