- Prior to reaching Machu Picchu, Derek had bouts with altitude sickness, which necessitated him to utilize oxygen to be able to breathe

- Since Machu Picchu is at a lower altitude as compared to where he and Ellen were staying, he was totally fine and okay in the area

Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna are having a wonderful time in Peru, and this time around, they finally reached Machu Picchu, one of the notable historic sites in the world.

The actor shared snaps fo their vacation and showed some of the lovely photos taken at the site.

It was totally a beautiful site that tourists will surely find awesome.

In fact, many of their celeb friends commented that it was such a lovely place.

One netizen, who was clearly impressed with the place, asked about the bird that could be seen in the 8th photo.

The netizen commented on why Ellen was still laughing even though her husband was already on oxygen and suffering from altitude sickness. The actress savagely replied and asked what her problem was because even Derek was laughing at himself. At the end of her response, she just blessed the netizen with her judgments.
