Cristy Fermin and Romel Chika just had a discussion about social media influencers and their recently-concluded controversy in 'Cristy Ferminute' online.

During their discussion, KAMI learned that Cristy aired her honest thoughts about the whole issue and said she believes it was just for the views.

Aside from this, Cristy also asked netizens to stop comparing the influencers' fight with that of celebrities since it is completely far and different.

According to the veteran columnist, celebrities are able to get their point across without cursing anyone or even the person involved.

"Ito lang ang punto ko, malaki ang pagkakaiba ng awayan ng mga influencers at ng mga artista. Ang mga artista, magpalitan man ng kani-kanilang conviction at saloobin, hindi nagmumurahan diba? Hindi nagmumurahan, naitatawid nila ang kanilang opinyon at katuwiran sa isang makataong paraan," she pointed out.

She also told their viewers that she believes it was just for the views of the influencers involved in the said issue.

"Ang daming nagsasabi sa akin, 'Makita mo isang araw, bati na sila ulit.' Ano yan eh, pangkuha lang yan ng views, pataasan sila ng views at tsaka, alam mo na, dagdag na kita," Cristy said.

However, halfway through their discussion, Cristy talked about an influencer who has a "libro ng mga mali."

"At tsaka hindi maganda yung ginagawa nung isang influencer na nagtatago ng libro ng mga mali. Para kapag nag-away sila nung dati niyang kaibigan, ibabato. Mali yun diba? Maling-mali yun," she began. Adding further to her comment, "Dapat kapag sinabi sayo in secrecy at talagang with trust, no betrayal of trust dapat. Para makakuha ka lang ng kakampi, sisiraan mo na yung dati mong kaibigan."
