Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli have happily welcomed another baby to the Guidicelli clan after Giorgia, his sister, gave birth to her second baby.

On Instagram, KAMI learned that Matteo's mother, Glenna Fernan Guidicelli, posted the photos she took at the hospital on her page.

Among those who visited were Sarah and Matteo who looked absolutely delighted to finally see and meet baby Vivi.

In one of the photos she posted, both Matteo and Sarah could be seen taking a closer look at baby Vivi who was sleeping peacefully.

Aside from this, photos of Mommy Glenna holding baby Vivi in her arms warmed the hearts of countless netizens.

Meanwhile, in the caption of her post, she wrote, "Welcome to the world Baby Vivi! Congratulations Giorgia and Ian! #BlessedAndGrateful #ThankYouJesus #ProudNanna."

Baby Vivi is the latest addition to the Guidicelli clan, she is the second daughter of Giorgia with her husband, Ian Dato.
