"Those of you who know me know that I have so much anxiety when I'm by myself. But sometimes, you got to learn how to do new things and explore and to learn for yourself," said Heart.

That same day, she decided to explore Paris on her own, without her glam team with her.

She had breakfast all alone, and simply went from store to store, all on her own.

"I'm learning to walk alone and being independent and being totally by myself, and I kind of love it," said Heart.

Heart is a famous actress, endorser, and vlogger in the Philippines. Aside from her film and television projects, Heart is also active as a celebrity on social media. Heart is also known for having a soft spot for animals. She is married to politician Chiz Escudero, one of the country's current senators. However, there are rumors that Heart and Chiz have already broken up.

Recently, Heart uploaded on Instagram a video compilation of her life in Paris, France. The video compilation shows Heart trying to learn how to be independent while living in a foreign country. She is seen in the clips walking on her own, dining in a restaurant by herself, and going to a pet shop with a friend. This is a big deal for her since she has always felt anxious when doing things on her own.

The actress buzzed the social media grapevine when she was not able to post a birthday greeting for her husband Sen. Chiz Escudero. The senator turned 53 on Oct. 10 and netizens did not notice any form of birthday greeting or post coming from the actress. Many followers of Heart even reminded her that it was the senator's birthday. What she posted on her IG were photos of her bags and some products that she was promoting.
