Ogie Diaz, in his latest 'Showbiz Update' vlog, talked about Vhong Navarro, whose petition to stay under the custody of the NBI was denied by the court.

During his discussion with Mama Loi, KAMI learned that a lot of netizens have been asking them for updates about the It's Showtime host.

According to Ogie, the actor-comedian is set to be transferred to the Taguig City Jail (TCJ) anytime soon after his bid was denied.

"Nay, ang daming nagtatanong, ano na raw latest kay Vhong Navarro," Loi pointed out during their discussion.

"Syempre, marami rin ang gustong ma-update kay Vhong Navarro. Syempre, dineny yung kanilang petisyon na siya'y mamalagi muna, pansamantala, sa NBI. So parang anytime ay ihahatid na si Vhong sa Taguig City Jail," Ogie replied.

The talent manager then continued, saying that he feels it is one of Vhong's fears to be transferred to the TCJ.

"Siguro, alam mo, feeling ko 'no, yun ang takot ni Vhong na yun dun siya ihatid sa City Jail. Syempre, alam mo na, kahit naman sino, sinong di matatakot dun? Lalo na yung mere fact na ika'y ikukulong? Siguro, kung ililipat man si Vhong dun, I'm sure makakakuha naman siya ng equal protection mula sa mga nagbabantay dun sa Taguig City Jail," Ogie said.

Adding further to that statement, Ogie mentioned that Vhong's emotions are a "rollercoaster" due to the turnout of events.

"Rollercoaster yung kanyang emotions, sa ngayon, dahil di alam ni Vhong kung ano bang pakiramdam na nandoon kumpara dito na nasa NBI siya na feeling niya safer siya doon," he said.

"Sana mag-pray tayo na syempre, tayo pa rin ay naniniwala sa hustisya para sa magkabilang kampo," Ogie also added.

Ogie Diaz is a comedian and a talent manager who once handled the careers of Vice Ganda and Liza Soberano. He is also among the most outspoken celebs as he will not mince words when he comments on something, whether it be in showbiz or politics.

As previously reported by KAMI, Ogie Diaz recently reacted to the viral Hermès incident which Sharon Cuneta encountered abroad. Previously, Sharon made headlines after she was turned away from an Hermès store in Seoul, South Korea. Meanwhile, Ogie Diaz revealed that Dennis Padilla did not receive any money from him. According to Ogie, while he did offer money to the actor, the latter kept on refusing it. The talent manager then said, "Yung paghahabol kay Julia, jusko, si Dennis ang nag-provide nung si Marjorie at si Dennis pa, dun sa mga anak."
