Iza Calzado just took to Instagram and shared a video of her moderate-intensity pregnancy workout to keep her body strong.

As per her post, where she echoed the message of @culverpadilla, her trainer, a strong mom will also grow strong babies.

Exercise will help pregnant women stay in shape, and doing at least 30 minutes of exercise will be good for the body.

"During pregnancy, exercise can help you stay in shape and prepare for labor and delivery. For most pregnant women, at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise is recommended on most, if not all, days of the week."

The post also noted some things about the viability of strength training.

"Strength training is OK, as long as you stick to relatively low weights. Yung tipong pwede pa kayo magusap at magtawanan."
