Maxene Magalona took to IG and gave a gentle reminder to everyone to be kind.
She narrated instances where, instead of reprimanding or reminding someone about their weaknesses, the best would be to encourage because these people already know about their problems and their own struggles.
She then gave advise as to what must be done for them.

"What you need to do for those who are struggling is not to reprimand, but encourage. Tell them what's good about their lives, show them the potential that you see."
Maxene Magalona is an actress and social media star in the Philippines. Her father is the late rap legend, Francis Magalona. The actress revealed in May 2020 that she has been seeing a psychiatrist due to her mental illness.
Maxene Magalona uploaded a video of her calmly doing yoga in her home. She also shared that she has gained weight and it was caused by overindulging in sweets. The actress clarified that she is completely fine with gaining weight sometimes. Maxene believes that the best thing she can do about it is to pick herself back up and be gentle with herself.
Maxene caught the attention of her followers anew with the new photo she just uploaded. The photo shows her shedding some tears during her meditation this morning. In her lengthy caption, Maxene said she allowed herself to feel her pain and “surrender everything to God in prayer.” The actress also urged her post’s readers to “feel free to feel your feelings” as well.
