Markus Paterson aired nothing but good words about his former girlfriend and his child's mother, Janella Salvador.

KAMI learned that in the third episode of Rise Artists Studio's 'Boys After Dark' online show, Markus expressed how much he respects the actress.

"I repect Janella to the utmost of my ability. The woman that she's become, the mother that she's become. I will love her forever. She's given me the best gift of my life. 'Yun lang," he said at 1:36 mark of the vlog.

The actor also described Janella as an amazing mother to their son, Jude.

"She's an amazing mother and I'm trying to be an amazing father," Markus aired at 22:52 mark of the video.

He continued, "Biggest blessing, of course, yeah, Jude. Jude is for sure my biggest blessing. And the fact that she's the one who gave him to me, I will never not love her. Maybe not romantically anymore but she will always be a huge part of my heart."

In the said vlog, the actor stressed one lesson he learned about relationships, which is never to date someone in the showbiz industry. Markus then reacted to the criticisms he received due to his earlier statement. Markus said he would stand by what he said and urged his detractors, "huwag kayong mag-assume."
