Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray recently shared a social media post about her health that made her followers worried.

KAMI learned that in an Instagram post, the beauty queen shared a photo of her and a huge bouquet of beautiful flowers she received from her management group, Cornerstone Entertainment.

In the caption, Catriona revealed that she has been "really ill" these past few days.

"Been MIA (missing in action) the last couple days cause I've been really ill," she opened up.

Queen Cat went on to thank her Cornerstone family for sending the bouquet.

"But am popping on the feed to say hi and also thank you to my @cornerstone family and @visionerickson for sending the biggest bouquet ever."

She also shared, "I'll be back to usual programming soon."

Recently, Cat also aired her opinion on the news that the Miss Universe beauty pageant will soon allow married women to join. She said that she thinks it is timely to allow women to join in whatever capacity. The beauty queen also said that being Miss Universe means being a spokesperson and one's marital status must not be a hindrance. Cat also said that the pageant is a platform to be able to represent something, as per ABS-CBN News.

The former Ms. Universe also became an absolute head-turner at the Vogue Philippines Gala. She wore a stunning dress created by fashion designer Jaggy Glarino and his team. The dress has a beautiful floral design made out of recycled plastic bottles. The beauty queen posted a four-minute video on her YouTube channel where she shared the story behind the sustainable dress.
