Herlene “Hipon Girl” Budol released a new vlog where she gave glimpses of her 23rd birthday.

It can be recalled that the Binibining Pilipinas 2022 first runner-up turned a year older on August 23.

In the vlog uploaded on Saturday, Herlene featured her birthday bash’s stunning setup.

She also shared several clips of her loved ones’ birthday wishes for her and sneak peeks of the performances at the event.

At one point in the vlog, the actress and comedienne also aired a short speech about her special day.

“Sabi ko walang iiyak, kaya natupad naman 'yung wish ko. Kasi gusto ko maging masaya na talaga. Gusto ko wala nang luhang papatak sa mga mata ko.”

She also said, “First birthday ko na wala si Nanay (Lola Bireng), pero alam ko na nandiyan lang siya.”

Herlene Nicole Budol, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin”. She later became a host on the said program but had to leave it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her YouTube vlog now has over two million subscribers. Herlene was first runner-up and won several minor awards at the 2022 Binibining Pilipinas pageant.

Herlene said she was touched by a video that compiled the highlights of her inspiring journey. The said video displayed clips of Herlene as a “Wowowin” host until she was crowned Binibining Pilipinas 2022 1st Runner-Up. The first clip showed Herlene hilariously telling Willie Revillame that she would join Binibining Pilipinas, “Magpapatalino lang ako ng onti." Little did she know that her joke would soon become a reality.

Herlene is an absolute stunner during her 23rd birthday party. She donned a gorgeous Darna costume at the said party. The Binibining Pilipinas 2022 first runner-up also shared on social media a photo of her in the said costume. The actress further shared that it is her dream to wear the superheroine’s outfit on her birthday.
