Aiko Melendez and her eldest son, Andre Yllana, got the chance to have a heart-to-heart conversation on the actress's official YouTube channel.

During the interview, KAMI learned that both Aiko and Andre talked about Jomari Yllana, the actress's ex-husband, as well as Andre's biological dad.

Netizens eventually praised Aiko for having a kind and big heart after the celebrity mom-and-son duo talked about the actress's advices with regards to Jomari.

According to the celebrity mom, she has never seen any ounce of hatred from her son when it comes to his dad.

She then added that she never told her son, Andre, to hate on his dad despite their circumstances which earned praises from netizens.

"Hindi ko nakitaan kay Andre na hate niya yung tatay niya. Kasi diba, kahit papano, naiintindihan mo rin kung bakit nagkaganun yung daddy mo, and never kong sinabi sayo, diba? Na i-hate mo yung daddy mo," she said.

Upon hearing this, Andre said that his mom, Aiko, would even constantly advice him to understand his dad and his circumstances.

In the video, Andre revealed, "Ang lagi mo pa ngang payo sakin is, 'Intindihin mo. Baka may pinagdadaanan.'"

Aiko Melendez is a well-known showbiz personality. She received the Best Supporting Actress award in 2018 for her role in the film "Rainbow's Sunset." Aiko ran for and won a seat on the Quezon City Council in 2001. She served for 9 years, until 2010.

During the conversation, the Quezon City's 5th district councilor asked Senyora how she can donate to the social media personality’s “tampalan.” According to Aiko, she is very much entertained by Senyora’s witty posts.

Meanwhile, Aiko was recently touched by one of her follower's kind and sweet gesture. On Instagram, the celebrity mom posted a photo she had with her kids which seemed to be taken back in 2010. In the photo, a young-looking Aiko with Andre and Marthena could be seen smiling for the camera. She then revealed that the said photo was kept by one of her followers.
