Hidilyn Diaz and her longtime boyfriend, strength coach Julius Naranjo, has finally tied the knot in a lovely church wedding held today, July 26.

The couple got married at St. Ignatius Church in Baguio City exactly a year after Hidilyn won the Philippines’ first-ever Olympic gold medal.

According to a series of photos shared by Nice Print Photography, the weightlifter was definitely a head-turner on their big day as she walked down the aisle wearing a stunning bridal dress.

Her couture gown was designed by renowned Filipino fashion designer Francis Libiran.

The 31-year-old athlete also carried a beautiful wreath of orchids arranged by floral and event designer Gideon Hermosa.

Hidilyn Francisco Diaz is a weightlifter who became the first Filipino to win an Olympic gold medal. She won the prestigious medal at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Japan for the women's 55 kg category for weightlifting. She married Julius Naranjo, her trusted weightlifting coach.
