Ellen Adarna, 34, has recently talked about how she genuinely feels about the people who often label her in a negative way during her latest Q&A session on Instagram.

In the said app, KAMI learned that Ellen received a question from a netizen who asked how she feels about such people.

The netizen also expressed their utmost admiration for Ellen, even lauding the actress for being transparent online.

"How do you feel about people labeling you in a negative way? I admire how transparent you are!" the netizen asked on Instagram.

According to the celebrity mom, the positive side with it is that she can do whatever she wants and that she does not have to please people at all.

In the video, Ellen even mentioned that people pleasing in general kills her inside before emphasizing the fact that she feels free.

"So the positive side is that I can do whatever I want, I don't have to please people I don't know or I don't really like. That kills me inside, people pleasing, so there, I'm free," Ellen explained.

All caught on cam was Elias having a good time at school, hanging out with the rest of the kids. He was even commended and praised by one of his teachers for doing a good job with an activity.
