Maggie Wilson’s camp pens statement after staff of ex-husband’s company allegedly entered her home illegally

- Maggie Wilson recently posted on social media her lawyers' statement on the issue she is currently in

- In the statement, the beauty queen's camp alleged that Maggie's home was illegally entered by representatives of her ex-husband Victor Consunji's company, along with baton-carrying barangay officials, and also cut off the electricity

- Her lawyers then said that the incident had caused severe trauma and humiliation to Maggie and the occupants of the house, which include her sister, cousin and household staff

- They also stressed that they "will not let pass this flagrant violation of the home and privacy" of their client

Maggie Wilson's camp recently penned a statement on the news that representatives of Victor Consunji Development Corporation entered the beauty queen's home illegally.

In an Instagram story, Maggie posted her lawyers' statement detailing the incident that happened in her house in Taguig, wherein the said representatives "along with baton-carrying Barangay officials, illegally and forcibly entered."

The statement also claims that "the group just cut off the electricity" when Maggie's sister insisted that the beauty queen had a subsisting Contract of Lease. This left Maggie's sister, five-year-old cousin and household staff "to suffer in darkness."

"This harrowing incident has caused severe trauma and humiliation to the occupants of the house, as well as Ms. Wilson."

"Their security and privacy was invidiously violated, leaving them to fear for their lives and safety," it says.

"It is public knowledge that Ms. Wilson is estranged from her spouse, Ms. Victor Consunji, the Chief Executive Officer of VCDC. Such estrangement, however, does not and cannot justify the malevolent act of harassment and persecution against his wife and her family."

Furthermore, the statement stressed that "whatever personal issues Mr. Consunji has against his spouse is not a license to trample upon her honor and dignity and inflict fear upon her and her family."

"This blatant display of power and influence deserves the strongest condemnation. No one is above the law."

The lawyers also said they "will not let pass this flagrant violation of the home and privacy our client and we will HOLD LIABLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW all those involved in this dastardly act."

Maggie also claimed that the electricity to their home has now been cut. Her sister, Beth Wilson, filmed their house, showing that only their home has no power while the street lights, as well as, their neighbors all have power.
