Ogie Diaz, nagpasaring tungkol sa sumisipsip para palitan ang pangalan ng NAIA

- Ogie Diaz took to Twitter and expressed his opinion on the desire of a solon to change the name of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport

- He said that if the name will be changed, then it would be better to return it to "Manila International Airport" than to be "sipsip"

- The comedian quoted the tweet made by Mara Cepeda, a journalist, where the latter was in disbelief about the pet bill that seeks to rename the airport amidst the problems the country is facing

- Aside from the tweet about the airport, Ogie also made tweets about them being historians

Ogie Diaz took to Twitter and expressed his thoughts on the bill that was filed by Negros Oriental solon, wherein he sought to rename the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) into Ferdinand E. Marcos International Airport.

"Kung papalitan, ibalik na lang sa Manila International Airport kesa sumipsip," said Ogie.

The comedian quoted the tweet of Mara Cepeda where the latter was talking about the problems that the country is facing, and yet, the pet bill was renaming the airport.

"So, prices of food and fuel are soaring, people are hardly getting by without decent pay, farmers are still struggling to sell their harvest, there’s a spike in COVID-19 cases– and your pet bill is renaming an airport? Really, in this economy?," was the tweet of Mara.

Ogie Diaz is a comedian and a talent manager who once handled the careers of Vice Ganda and Liza Soberano. He is also among the most outspoken celebs as he will not mince words when he comments on something, whether it be in showbiz or politics.

Ogie Diaz, in a social media post, revealed he’s pondering whether it’s time for him to demand payment from the wife of a known basketball player for the debts she owed. The showbiz reporter and talent manager said that he again saw the checks issued to him by the wife of the player, making him remember what she did to him. He said the debt of the player’s wife reached several millions and she’s supposed to pay Ogie in checks but the problem is that the checks have no funds.
