On her Instagram account, @zeinab_harake, KAMI learned that the social media influencer had posted a photo of the beautiful flower bouquet that someone sent to her.

Furthermore, Zeinab caught the attention of netizens when she simply added some white heart emoticons to her post.

Based on the photo she posted online, the sender even wrote a handwritten note for Zeinab, saying that they will make it work.

"You're busy, I'm busy, but, as prepared, we'll make it work. Sorry, been very busy lately," the sender wrote in the heart-shaped card.

It is worth noting, however, that it is still unclear who sent the flower bouquet to Zeinab. Needless to say, her post caught the attention of several netizens.
