In the latest episode of the said radio show, Cristy Fermin said she will not pit Ai-Ai against Lolit because she knows how the two truly respect each other.
“Alam mo ako, hindi ko talaga binili 'yung pinagsasabong sila. Ako mismo, sa sarili ko, pareho ko silang kaibigan. Isang kaibigan na manunulat, kasama sa industriya at isang anak-anakan na si Ai-Ai. Alam ko kung paano silang magrespetuhan. Alam ko na mag-ninang sila.”
To recall, Lolit criticized Ai-Ai after the latter portrayed the role of Hon. Ligaya Delmonte, who netizens believe to be a parody version of Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte.
Despite Lolit’s negative reaction to the satire video, Cristy revealed that Lolit and Ai-Ai are supporting the same presidential candidate.
“Si Manay naman ang nagsasabi, 'Naku, 'no, pareho kaming BBM ni Ai-Ai. Ang pinagtatalunan na lang namin, kung sino ang tatayo sa tabi ng mananalo,” Cristy shared quoting Lolit.
“At siyempre, mag-ninang e. Palagay mo ba magsusumpaan ba't magpapalitan, magsasaulian ng kandila ang ganitong kalalim na relasyon?” Cristy added.

Lolit Solis is an entertainment reporter, talent manager, and host in the Philippines. She is well-known for her frank commentaries on different showbiz, social and political issues in the country.
Lolit criticized Ai-Ai delas Alas’s “Ligaya Delmonte” video on the Vincentiments Facebook page. Lolit urged Ai-Ai to avoid bashing the rivals of the politicians she endorses.
Cristy Fermin then said that Manay Lolit was emotionally affected by Ai-Ai’s video. The talk show host however believes that after the elections, Ai-Ai and Lolit would just laugh at the said issue.
