Janno Gibbs recently wrote a poem which he recited in a new video on his Instagram account.
He uploaded the said video, where he could be seen dressed as fictional character President Gibbs, a few days before the Election Day.
In his poem, he advised not to blame the son for the father's sin unless the son has benefited from it.
“Wag sisisihin at idamay sa sala ng tatay

Ngunit wag ding isalalay sa pangalan ang husay
Kuwestiyonableng yaman, wag sana ibintang
Puwera na lamang kung ika'y nakinabang"
The actor-singer also cryptically said:
“Mabuting hangarin at pusong tapat
Bagamat mahalaga ay di pa rin sapat
Ang kailangan ko’y patunay at hindi pangako
Ng serbisyo at gawa na hindi napako
Sa tamis ng dila, di ako naaakit
Ang kailangan ko’y resibo ng iyong malasakit
Wag sukatin ang antas, sino man ang may basbas
Sa huli ang sukatan ay pag-ibig na wagas
Sa bayan, sa tao at hindi sa trono”

Janno Gibbs is a Filipino singer-songwriter, actor, and comedian. He was a host of various GMA-7 shows before such as "Eat Bulaga" and "Kakasa Ka Ba Sa Grade 5?". Janno is the son of veteran actor Ronaldo Valdez. His wife is actress Bing Loyzaga and they have two daughters named Alyssa and Gabby.
Janno's viral video titled “BTS: President Gibbs Headquarters” caught the attention of Sen. Ping Lacson. The said video starring the singer-actor and Leo Martinez shows a conversation about fictional character President Gibbs’ incompetence. The senator then commented “Mention ko na ba kung sino?” to which Janno immediately replied “Wag po!!!” The said presidential aspirant also took to his Instagram Stories to promote Janno’s video.
Janno Gibbs could not help but hit back at a netizen’s unsolicited comment regarding Kakampinks. The veteran singer-actor shared the said comment with his followers in an Instagram story on Monday. The netizen said “double time mga Kakampink” because there are only a few days left before the campaign period ends. Janno’s clever response could likewise be seen in the screenshot he shared.
