Herlene Nicole Budol, also known as 'Hipon Girl', is an actress, comedian, and social media star who broke through in showbiz as a contestant on “Wowowin”. She later became a host on the said program but had to leave it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her YouTube vlog now has over a million subscribers.
