Angel Locsin, 36, has earned praises from netizens all over social media for her raw and honest take on people commenting about her body and weight.
During her latest interview with Ogie Diaz, KAMI learned that the talent manager asked Angel about her thoughts regarding the matter.
"What can you say na parang big deal sa kanila kung gaano kalaki si Angel, tapos na-viral siya," he asked.

In the video, Angel admitted that she does acknowledge she got big but that she does not care about it at all.

"I'm acknowledging, yes, malaki ako. Eh ano naman ngayon? Bakit? may kawalan ba? Minsan kung makalait pa yung iba, tinitignan ko pa yung profile picture, 'Excuse me naman sayo ha!'"
Upon hearing her answer, the talent manager then proceeded to ask Angel, "But you're trying to lose weight?"
According to Angel, she is trying but not trying her best to do so. She also said that her worth as a person does not rely on her weight.
"I'm trying but I'm not trying my best. I don't really care. I'm Angel Locsin. Na-develop ko yung sarili ko nang kung ano man ako ngayon. I don't really care. What I mean is, I don't care kung ano ang opinyon ng ibang tao. Okay ako eh. Ang ganda ko sa paningin ng asawa ko. Darating din tayo diyan, kung papayat ka, papayat ka, but it's not an issue. Ang pagiging Angel Locsin ko ay hindi nasusukat kung gaano ako kabigat. Alam ko ang dami kong na-prove sa sarili ko, sa ibang tao."
