She also noted the fact that the popular host could no longer be seen on any major networks.

In her post, Nay Lolit also wondered why Willie’s show went off air despite its high ratings.

“How sad. Ngayon ko lang na-realize na matagal na palang wala sa TV si Willie Revillame. Hindi mo aakalain na ang isang Willie Revillame ay hindi mo na mapapanuod sa major network eh nasa prime pa ng height ng kanyang career,” Nay Lolit said.

The veteran columnist then asked what went wrong as despite the high ratings of his show, Willie can only be seen on Facebook.

“Sinasabing mataas ang rating, puno ng commercials, bakit wala na sa major TV si Willie at nagtitiis sa Facebook? What went wrong? Saan nagkamali? Ano naging mali?” the veteran columnist asked.

She then said that what happened to Willie should serve as an example to others.

“Isa itong reality check na dapat ginagawa ng bawat artista, isang example na sa isang iglap puwede mawala ang lahat,” she said.

Nay Lolit also remarked that nothing is permanent in the world and that everything could be gone in an instant.

“Lagi lang tandaan, hindi lahat permanente, lahat puwede mawala, mapalitan, maalis. Imagine mo, Willie Revillame, pang Facebook na lang. So sad naman. Sayang,” Nay Lolit said.

Lolit Solis is a Pinay talk show host, entertainment news writer, talent manager and showbiz columnist. She was born on May 20, 1947 in the city of Manila. According to the veteran columnist, she spent her early life in a poor section of Lardizabal in Sampaloc, Manila. She has made numerous controversial remarks about known celebrities. In a separate post, Nay Lolit called out the intense bashing that Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Queen of All Media Kris Aquino have been receiving recently. The veteran showbiz columnist also said that the words being used by bashers are so harsh that one wouldn’t imagine them being said to celebrities like Shawie and Kris. She pointed out that it’s a good thing the two are emotionally strong and so often choose to let it go. Nay Lolit said that perhaps its due to the fact that everything is open on social media and no one can do anything about it.

She also expressed her wonderment in another post regarding the issue of the pickpocketing of the mom of Nadia Montenegro by unscrupulous persons apparently being blown out of proportions. The veteran showbiz columnist said that such thing also happens in other places. She also said this is the reason why places like that sometimes put signs warning people to beware of pickpockets. Nay Lolit then expressed relief that the mom of Nadia wasn’t hurt and would be wary next time around.
