Kapuso teen star Jillian Ward, in a report over GMA News, has expressed her readiness to portray more serious teen roles just what she’s doing in the Kapuso teleserye “Prima Donnas.”

Jillian is portraying the role of ‘Donna Marie’ or ‘Mayi’ in Book 2 of the GMA hit series.
“Mas may lalim na po 'yung trabahong ginagawa ko sa mga roles ko po, mas nabibigyan ng lalim. And mas may understanding na rin po talaga kasi mahilig po akong mag-research, mahilig po akong magbasa,” Jillian said on Thursday during the Chika Minute segment of GMA News ’24 Oras.’

The Kapuso teen star also expressed delight at having received many surprises during her 17th birthday.
She turned 17 years old last February 23, 2005, where she received numerous greetings and surprises, including that from a billboard on EDSA calling her GMA Teen Queen.
“Nagsanib pwersa po sila para meron pong billboard, tapos meron pong cards ng surprise, tapos yung setup po noong mismong birthday ko, may mga cakes, so sobrang sweet po talaga,” Jillian said.
The teen star also talked about her photo posted on Instagram showing her in a mermaid costume. The said photo, which was taken by her mother, has trended on social media.
“Gusto ko po talaga i-try na mag-mermaid, 'yung mga fantasy shows, movies,” she said.
According to the GMA News report, Jillian’s goal this year is to put more of her earnings in property investments and businesses.
Jillian Ward is a Kapuso actress. She started out as a child star and rose to prominence with her roles in "Trudis Liit" and "Si Agimat at si Enteng Kabisote, at si Ako". Jillian plays the role of Donna Marie or Mayi in "Prima Donnas", the eldest of the three Donnas. Jillian is also a commercial model and singer.
The Kapuso teen star marked her 17th birthday last month, February 23. She took to social media to post about her birthday celebration. Jillian uploaded on Instagram some photos giving a glimpse of her colorful birthday fete. In the caption, the ‘Prima Donnas’ star thanked those who made her birthday special.
Last year, Jillian showed off her 3-storey house in Pampanga. In her first vlog entry, the actress gave her followers a tour of her home. It is an expansive house with 2 kitchens, a living room, and several bedrooms. Jillian explained that her own room is not dark because she doesn't like it that way.
