Carla Abellana took to Instagram and promoted her condo unit located at The Grove by Rockwell in Pasig.

She said that the price was reduced by P2M, making the price of the unit fall below market value.
"My condo unit at The Grove by Rockwell is still available for sale/lease!
2M has now been slashed off the asking price and the total cost is now below market value!"

In the video clip and the photos that she posted, one could see that the unit was really furnished.
The one who would be able to buy her unit may be lucky since everything inside is included in the price.
She even called it as excessively furnished.
"And yes, everything you see inside the condo unit comes inclusive. It’s fully (and excessively) furnished! If they’re not your type, then go ahead and sell them to make money! It’s totally up to you."
Since parking space is very important, the buyer of her unit will have no problem about this at all, since it already includes parking, which has a value of more than P1M.
"I mean, come on, what a bargain!" said Carla.
